As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the voice of an innovative company. You'll handle inbound calls, providing real-time assistance and solutions to our valued customers. Your role involves:

  • Assisting customers with account setup and application navigation

  • Resolving username/password issues

  • Uninstalling/reinstalling our mobile app

  • Delivering top-notch support with a professional and friendly approach

What we are looking for:

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal

  • Excellent communication and customer handling skills

  • Work experience in a customer service center is an advantage

  • Solid computer skills (MS Office, use of internet, e-mail and web-based applications)

  • Interest in technology and desire to learn new skills.

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills 

  • Team player with a great attitude

  • High school education
