Job description

About Limble

At Limble we empower the unsung heroes who support the world. We’re revolutionizing the way businesses manage their maintenance operations by providing a comprehensive suite of software solutions that empower organizations to optimize asset performance and drive operational excellence. From preventive maintenance to inventory management and beyond, our robust CMMS platform offers a suite of features designed to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented GTM Engineer to lead and scale our Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the critical systems and workflows that empower our Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams, while partnering cross-functionally to support our fast-growing business.

This is a hands-on and strategic role that offers the opportunity to bring Limble’s GTM teams into the future with an AI-forward approach. This role reports directly to the Director, AI Acceleration & Systems and collaborates closely with key stakeholders across the organization.

How you’ll make an impact
  • Architect and Implement GTM Systems - Design, develop and maintain the flows and the systems our GTM teams will be using on a daily basis. This includes everything from CRM configurations to sales engagement platforms and marketing automation tools.

  • Automate & Optimize Workflows - Work with cross-functional leaders in the GTM org to identify manual and repetitive tasks that can be automated away, increasing efficiency and reducing operational friction.

  • Innovate with Emerging Technologies - Limble is looking to supercharge their GTM org with AI. You’ll help lead the charge by identifying ways that AI can help our teams move faster, from intelligent lead scoring to automated content generation.

  • Collaborate across the organization - This role will touch all departments of our GTM team (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.). You’ll work closely with key stakeholders of each team to understand their pain points and translate it into actionable steps and scalable solutions.

  • Data Driven Optimization - Data is at the heart of all this. Analyze our data and identify areas for improvement. You’ll continue to test and refine our strategies using A/B testing to drive the desired results.

  • Reporting for Performance - Track and report on the key metrics for pipeline generation. Continue to monitor and provide ROI analysis on how the GTM strategies are working.

Requirements
  • 2-4 years of overall experience, with at least 1-2 years of experience in a Revenue Operations, GTM Engineer, or similar role focusing on GTM systems and automation

  • Strong background in SQL & Python

  • Experience implementing, configuring, and optimizing complex GTM tools & systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Clay, etc. Expertise in leveraging AI to unlock automation & efficiency is a plus.

  • Passionate about AI and learning how to use it to unlock gains within our GTM Org

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines

  • Exceptional communication skills, with a history of successfully collaborating in a team environment

  • Preference for a Bachelors degree in STEM or computer science

Benefits
  • $100,000 - $125,000, depending on experience

  • Fully remote position

  • Stock options

  • Flexible PTO

  • 11 paid company holidays

  • Paid parental leave

  • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance

  • Employer paid Basic Life insurance and Short-Term Disability insurance

  • Company contribution match for HSA and 401(k)

  • Monthly employee wellness stipend

  • Opportunities for Learning and Development Reimbursement

  • Pet insurance

At Limble we are solution-oriented and customer-obsessed. We hire with a people-first approach, and we understand there’s no such thing as a perfect candidate. Limble’s company culture and values are based on collaboration and transparency. Our customers come from all different backgrounds and so do our employees.
