Job description

This is a remote position.

As a Project Lead / Consultant, you will lead high-impact projects for clients across premium industries. Your strengths in clear communication, genuine relationship-building, and efficient execution make you a key partner to those you serve.

This role involves working with ambitious businesses ranging from luxury aesthetic clinics and high-end property developers to steel manufacturers, elite fitness brands, and other emerging sectors. You'll be at the center of client relationships—translating vision into actionable plans, reducing friction, and helping turn clients into long-term advocates.

You’ll have the opportunity to create memorable, results-driven experiences while collaborating directly with founders, CEOs, and sales leaders who view you as a strategic advisor. You'll also lead a junior team member and coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, including a performance copywriter and a business development lead.

This is primarily a remote role, though occasional in-person attendance may be required for team meetings, company gatherings, or client-facing engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Client Delivery
  • Take ownership of the full project lifecycle, including onboarding, audit preparation, playbook execution, and final reviews to drive client success.

  • Ensure quality control by thoroughly reviewing and approving all materials before they’re sent to clients.

  • Maintain strong project momentum by keeping deliverables on schedule and timelines aligned.

2. Cultivate Strong Client Relationships
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building rapport and trust through consistent engagement.

  • Strengthen your communication and emotional intelligence by maintaining a warm, proactive, and professional tone in all client interactions.

  • Address concerns thoughtfully and efficiently to reinforce your reliability and care.

3. Mentor Project Executives
  • Enhance your leadership and coaching abilities by supporting and guiding junior team members.

  • Provide feedback, review their work, and uphold quality standards to help them improve performance.

  • Contribute to team development by helping others grow into confident, capable project executors.

4. Manage Internal Processes and SOPs
  • Help shape the company’s scalability by maintaining, refining, and updating standard operating procedures and workflows.

  • Strengthen your technical and operational skills through tools like Google Drive and Figma to manage documentation and delivery.

  • Promote accuracy and consistency by conducting monthly audits and ensuring all files are organized and up to standard.

5. Identify Risks and Solve Issues
  • Hone your ability to anticipate challenges by spotting potential delivery issues early.

  • Be recognized for your initiative by suggesting process improvements and resolving workflow inefficiencies.

  • Demonstrate precision and dependability by keeping all client assets organized, clear, and ready for review at any time.




Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, client services, or project/account management roles.

  • Candidates from consulting, coaching, agency work, community management, or B2B service delivery.

  • You have a natural talent for building strong relationships—you genuinely enjoy checking in with others and making clients feel understood, appreciated, and supported.

  • Comfortable with tools like Figma, Google Drive, or similar platforms, and are familiar with structured systems and training workflows.

  • Strong communication and articulation —you express yourself clearly, respectfully, and with a high degree of professionalism.

  • You view client relationships as true partnerships, not just transactions. You’re the type who enjoys daily check-ins, celebrates client milestones, follows up on their challenges, and makes them feel genuinely cared for.

  • Approachable and high professionalism, you thrive when clients see you as an integral part of their team.

  • Organised, meticulous, and find satisfaction in staying on top of tasks and details.

  • Experience in leading or supporting junior team members or freelancers, and you know how to guide others effectively.

  • Skilled in managing digital files, folders, SOPs, and workflows, ensuring everything is clean and easy to navigate.
