Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (Monday–Friday)

Position Summary

We’re looking for a fluent English-speaking Sales Assistant with a clear, professional phone voice and strong organizational skills. You will handle email outreach, phone calls, CRM updates, and social media scheduling. This is a remote, part-time position with high accountability


Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing & CRM Management

  • Monitor sales inbox via Outlook
  • Send 150+ manual emails per day through HubSpot and Constant Contact
  • Update and manage lead data in Applo Leads


Phone Communication & Lead Conversion

  • Make 50 outbound cold calls per day using RingCentral
  • Answer inbound calls and route or log appropriately
  • Calls are monitored and recorded for quality control
  • Set 5 qualified appointments per week with real estate investors


Social Media & Group Engagement

  • Schedule 2 social media posts per day (7 days/week) via Publer
  • Join and engage with Facebook Real Estate Investor Groups to promote PRM Capital
  • Respond to comments or messages from potential investor leads


Reporting & Accountability

  • Maintain a daily activity log (calls made, emails sent, appointments set)
  • Meet weekly KPIs consistently
  • Participate in weekly check-ins with management

Requirements
  • Must be fluent in English with a strong, confident phone voice
  • Prior experience using RingCentral or similar VOIP phone system
  • Knowledge of Applo Leads, HubSpot, Constant Contact, Publer, and Outlook preferred
  • Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriente
  • Comfortable working remotely and independent
  • Sales, customer service, or real estate experience is a plus
