  • Provide professional phone support to patients using modern VoIP technology
  • Collaborate with healthcare team through integrated communication platforms
  • Process and maintain accurate patient records and case information
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and continuous professional development
  • Deliver bilingual patient support to serve diverse community needs
  • Complete comprehensive onboarding program with structured training materials
  • Contribute to seamless patient experience from initial contact through care delivery

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in healthcare or medical reception
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills for both phone and digital patient interactions
  • Experience with medical systems and understanding of patient privacy protocols
  • Reliable, professional demeanor with commitment to excellent patient service
  • Ability to work full-time hours in Eastern Standard Time zone
  • Willingness to complete HIPAA compliance training and maintain certification
  • Comfort with technology platforms and computer-based work environment
