Job description

This is a remote position.

As a Venture Intern, you will play a pivotal role in building ventures from scratch alongside our corporate clients and Venture Architects.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Insights & Market Analysis

Immerse yourself in specific industries or technologies to identify innovation opportunities and unmet user needs.
Discover and categorize groundbreaking startup ideas and concepts.
Deep dive into different topics and conduct qualitative and quantitative insights using a variety of methods.

Innovation Methodology

Actively participate in designing and prototyping ideas/concepts.
Conduct customer interviews to gather evidence on the potential success of the business model.

UI/UX Design

Utilize storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design ideas.
Design user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets.
Sketch and visualize brainstormed ideas and concepts.
Establish customer journeys in a visual way and make drafts of landing pages.

Growth Hacking

Interested in digital marketing and growth hacking techniques to promote the new venture through strategic campaigns and trend identification.

Note: Our internships are unpaid; however, we do provide remuneration to cover lunch and travel expenses for our interns.

Requirements

Your Expertise

You have a background in Industrial Design, Product Design, Service Design, or Strategic Business.
You are hungry and driven to learn.
You have a strong interest in innovation, entrepreneurship, and startups.
You are familiar with analyzing internal and external trends & data as the main elements to integrate into a business case.
You are fluent in writing and speaking English.
Failing forward, taking ownership, and having an entrepreneurial mindset are core values in your approach.
Graphic design skills are a plus.
