Position: Legal & Contract Executive Intern

Responsibilities:
  • Draft, Review, and Negotiate Contracts – Prepare and evaluate agreements to ensure compliance with legal standards and business goals. 
  • Ensure Legal and Regulatory Compliance – Monitor changes in laws and advise the company on necessary policy updates. 
  • Manage Contract Lifecycle – Maintain organized records of contracts and oversee renewals, expirations, and amendments. 
  • Support Legal Risk Management – Identify potential legal risks in business transactions and propose preventive measures. 
  • Collaborate with Departments on Legal Matters – Work closely with procurement, finance, HR, and external counsel on contract-related issues.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) – Solid academic background in legal studies, preferably with a focus on contract or corporate law. 
  • Knowledge of Contract Law and Corporate Regulations – Strong understanding of legal frameworks governing commercial agreements. 
  • Attention to Detail – Ability to identify risks, inconsistencies, and legal implications in contract language. 
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills – Capable of liaising with internal teams, clients, and legal advisors effectively. 
  • Experience with Contract Management Tools – Familiarity with software used for drafting, tracking, and managing contracts.
