We are looking for a looking for a robust operator to help scale with excellence. You will spearhead operational excellence across their core functions: product delivery, partner onboarding, regulatory compliance, finance, and internal systems. Partnering closely with leadership, you’ll define strategy, anchor cross-functional execution, and build the frameworks that ensure sustainable scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Strategy & Scaling
  • Define and implement operations roadmap: onboarding workflows, cross-functional coordination, OKRs, budget planning, and KPIs.
  • Stand up scalable systems before complexity peaks.
  • Product & Technical Delivery Support
  • Collaborate with Product & Engineering leadership to streamline development cadence: sprint planning, release processes, QA, and metrics.
  • Ensure smooth MVP launches and feature rollouts.
  • Partner Onboarding & Integration
  • Build end-to-end partner engagement processes: onboarding, compliance checks, documentation, performance tracking.
  • Serve as operational liaison for ecosystem partners and business-development allies.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Oversight
  • Develop and maintain compliance frameworks for onboarding partners in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Manage legal coordination on KYC/AML, data privacy, and smart-contract standards.
  • Finance & Budget Management
  • Lead monthly budgeting, forecast modelling, spend control, and cash flow monitoring.
  • Coordinate with Finance (internal or external) to reconcile and report.
  • Systems, Tools & Process Optimization
  • Implement operational infrastructure (e.g., Asana, Jira, Slack, Notion) and streamline internal workflows.
  • Champion continuous improvement using metrics and qualitative feedback.
  • Team Leadership & Culture
  • Initially act as an individual contributor; grow into a people manager as the team expands.
  • Cultivate transparent, collaborative culture aligned to their mission.

  • Key Requirements:
  • 7+ years of operational leadership in tech, fintech, Web3, or comparable scale-up environments.
  • Deep operational experience: sprint/process-driven delivery; compliance and finance; KPIs and data infrastructure.
  • Experience navigating multi-jurisdictional regulations (KYC, AML, data privacy).
  • Strong execution skills, exemplary stakeholder management, excellent communicator.
  • High integrity, autonomy, a detail-oriented mindset, and strategic systems thinker.
  • Passionate about decentralized tech and social/economic impact.

  • Preferred Requirements:
  • Background in blockchain / web3 projects, DeFi, identity, or tokenization.
  • Prior experience scaling operations in startup environments.
