Job description

The Role:

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our Product Design team. In this highly visible role, you will be a major contributor in the evolution of our retail management system (RMS) product portfolio.

What We Are Looking For:

As the Product Designer, you will play a key role in expanding and guiding the overall direction of our design team. In this role you are a player-coach, excited to roll up your sleeves with your own deliverables, while delegating work to other designers, ensuring that all UX/UI meet and exceed our company’s quality and brand standards, on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has experience leading a small team of designers, working in a cross-functional agile environment, and possesses a passion for solving our customers’ most pressing business problems in ways that delight their expectations. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, collaborative environment, then this is your next career move.

Having UX/UI design experience with enterprise SaaS solutions such as retail telecom, payment systems, point of sale, ERP, or warehouse/fulfillment systems is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Be part of creative design framework and practices that ensure all content and deliverables meet brand and quality standards and guidelines.
  • Design top-quality prototypes, user flows, and interface solutions while addressing customer needs through customer-centered and data-driven approach.
  • Participate in design of enterprise SaaS solutions that delight users, exceed expectations, and achieve business requirements.
  • Oversee initiative lifecycles from conceptualization through delivery, ensuring success
  • Design user experiences to translate complex workflows into UX/UI concepts that are intuitive and delight our users, owning the process from the early stage through successfully measured delivery
  • Perform experiments with a cross-functional team and shape our user experience strategy by collecting data and insights that drive the best UX
  • Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups with detailed and scalable visual design specifications for Enterprise SaaS and mobile interfaces throughout the design process
  • Research and evaluation of emerging design, technology, industry, and market trend
  • Independently deliver design solutions for problems of large scope and complexity, work through ambiguity and adapt your approach to meet the needs of multiple stakeholders

Requirements:

  • BS/BA or equivalent practical experience
  • 4+ years working in a disciplined product management capacity, specifically for enterprise SaaS solutions
  • 4+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of delivering successful design solutions. A portfolio presented in a case study format is required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and product thinking, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to tackle complex and ambiguous design challenges.
  • A strong blend of UI mastery and deep UX expertise, with experience driving design efforts from concept to execution and ensuring seamless, user-centered solutions.
  • Passion for growth design and continuously testing, iterating, and optimizing to enhance user experience and drive business impact. Experience with A/B tests and experiments, leveraging data to refine designs and optimize user engagement.
  • Great communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions, advocate for new ideas, and collaborate effectively with cross- functional partners.
  • A driven self-starter, comfortable taking ownership of design streams, leading strategic initiatives, and influencing product direction.
  • A positive, collaborative mindset, eager to contribute to a dynamic and supportive environment.
