Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Remote Travel Coordinator to support clients with travel planning and logistics. In this role, you’ll work directly with individuals, families, or groups to coordinate flights, hotels, ground transportation, and activity arrangements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and enthusiastic about travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage full travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, transportation, and excursions

  • Communicate with clients to understand preferences, goals, and budgets

  • Research and recommend destinations, resorts, and experiences tailored to client needs

  • Book and confirm travel reservations using online tools and booking platforms

  • Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests with a proactive and solution-focused approach

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of client bookings and communications

  • Stay informed on destination trends, travel policies, and partner promotions

  • Deliver high-quality service and ensure a positive travel planning experience from start to finish

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Comfortable using digital tools, booking platforms, and communication systems

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision

  • Must be 18 years or older with access to a reliable internet connection and personal computer

  • A passion for travel and helping others plan meaningful experiences
