About us

Codecool is one of East-Central Europe's most significant digital training hubs. While we're known for outsourcing junior developers and finding the right talent for our partner companies, we also offer extensive training to businesses looking to upskill or reskill their staff with an innovative approach. We provide 17+ digital retraining programs, along with comprehensive solutions to help companies transform their existing talent.

We are looking for freelancers who can contribute to our brand-new training project.

Are you comfortable teaching, training people? Great! Join us as a contractor mentor.

What will be your responsibilities?

👉you will work closely with our project manager who will be the first point of contact of our customers - we would be happy if you could join us for the client meetings to understand their needs better

👉once we have a planned training session, it’s your turn to step up as a trainer: you’ll facilitate the training either online or offline, depending on the client and the session

👉you will have to prepare the training material for the classes
