Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies across Clients demolition company, (potential to do Asbestos demolition company, and Villa Bathrooms secondary)
Create and manage content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
Design and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads
Produce and manage video content creation and distribution
Monitor and maintain social media presence across all platforms
Build and grow online presence, particularly for the new Villa Bathrooms venture
Create distinct marketing approaches for different business segments
Develop strategic marketing initiatives to scale business operations
Track and report on social media metrics and campaign performance
Manage content creation for multiple websites
Schedule and coordinate content publication across all channels
Help develop templates and intro emails plus content
Help map out Sales process and milestones
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation
Strong understanding of multiple social media platforms
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to adapt tone and messaging for different industry segments
Experience with content creation tools and social media management platforms
Video content creation and editing capabilities
Strategic thinking and planning abilities
Self-motivated with strong initiative
Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication
Experience with digital marketing campaigns
Experience with Hubspot would be handy
Scope:
Full-time position working across three distinct company brands
Primary focus on (environmental consulting) to start, asbestos demolition company, and Villa Bathrooms
Responsible for all social media and digital marketing initiatives
Direct involvement in marketing strategy development and execution
Management of all social media channels and content creation
Strategic planning and implementation of marketing campaigns
Collaboration with company leadership on marketing objectives/content
Complete ownership of social media presence, content creation and strategy
Develop and coordinate real world case studies to build confidence.
