Key responsibilities:

Managing HBP title and Due Diligence processes remotely.

Interpreting and calculating wellbore working interest and net revenue interest.

Working with lease and well data to support land transactions.

Collaborating with team members remotely to ensure accurate land records.

Job description

Paramount is looking for remote, HBP title & Due Diligence landman.

Qualifications:

Must have experience with complex HBP title in Texas and or New Mexico.

Due Diligence experience required

Familiarity with JOAs, specifically understanding the differences between leasehold and wellbore only JOAs.

Must have experience adding up wellbore working interest and more importantly wellbore net revenue interest from lease net acres and burdens in both Texas and New Mexico.

Must have experience with computers and MS365 software applications

Ability to interpret and calculate WI and NRI in leases and wells

Must be able to work 8 hours a day
