Join Our Team as a CAD Engineer - in Automotive

Are you passionate about automotive design and GD&T? We are looking for a talented CAD Engineer to join our team and contribute to cutting-edge projects in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Define critical system parameters and standards for suspensions, integrating them into CAD design templates.
GD&T knowledge
Design 3D and 2D by Nx (Vis MockUp is a plus)
Use of Team Center plataform
Lead the establishment of dimensional targets for vehicle hardpoints, ensuring spaciousness, exterior visibility, and ergonomic ingress/egress.
Conduct package feasibility studies in collaboration with the Design Office.
Evaluate program status against targets, providing detailed reports and resolving issues promptly.
Ensure program compliance with federal and international standards for driver-based vision and dimensional requirements.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

3+ years of professional CAD modeling experience using Siemens NX.
Proficiency in parametric CAD modeling with Siemens NX for at least 2 years.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive Engineering or equivalent field, coupled with practical experience.
3+ years of hands-on engineering experience in the automotive industry.
Strong English communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and manage projects effectively.
Excellent presentation skills for engineering design projects.
Minimum 2 years of experience in occupant packaging and/or overall vehicle dimensioning.
Extensive expertise (3+ years) in CAD parametric modeling using Siemens NX.
Fluent in English and Spanish able to work in a multicultural team.
