This is a remote position.

40 hours a week

Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

We are looking for a Grant Research & Application Specialist to lead the discovery and application process for government grants, innovation funds, and R&D programs. This role is ideal for someone with strong writing skills, familiarity with the tech sector, and a track record of successful grant applications in Canada (and potentially the US or internationally).

Key Responsibilities

Identify and track relevant funding opportunities across provincial, federal, and international levels (e.g., IRAP, SDTC, NSERC, FedDev, SIF, etc.).
Collaborate with the leadership team to gather technical and strategic information for proposals.
Draft compelling grant applications, including technical descriptions, budgets, and milestones.
Ensure compliance with application guidelines and submission deadlines.
Maintain a grants pipeline and provide regular updates to the team.
Coordinate post-award reporting requirements as needed.
