AU RTO Compliance Officer (Remote)

Background
  • We’re PeoplePartners, and one of our amazing clients (a top-notch Australian RTO) is on the lookout for a new AU RTO Compliance Officer. You’ll be the person who keeps them aligned with the latest VET Quality Framework standards—because you know that compliance is not just a box-ticking exercise, it’s the backbone of quality education.
About the Role
  • You’ll work remotely from the Philippines, supporting the client’s compliance needs across their training operations. From document audits to internal reviews, your mission is simple: keep everything crisp, compliant, and audit-ready.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and audit Training & Assessment Strategies.
  • Check marketing and promotional materials for compliance.
  • Maintain key registers (Complaints, Risk, Validation, etc.).
  • Support audit prep for ASQA/TAC.
  • Help manage RTO reporting (AVETMISS, QI).
  • Collaborate with trainers and admin staff to uphold compliance.
  • Keep the Quality Management System updated via MS SharePoint.
