About the Opportunity

A leading provider in the Healthcare & Rehabilitation Services sector, our multidisciplinary clinics partner with K–12 institutions to deliver evidence-based therapy programs that improve functional, academic, and social outcomes. We are expanding our Mumbai center to meet rising demand for student-centred, outcome-driven occupational therapy.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive sensory, motor, and functional assessments for children aged 3–16, documenting baseline abilities and therapy goals.
  • Design individualized treatment plans focused on fine-motor, ADL, handwriting, and sensory-processing skills aligned with academic curricula.
  • Deliver hands-on therapy sessions onsite at the Wadala campus, monitoring progress and adjusting interventions for measurable gains.
  • Collaborate closely with special educators, speech therapists, and parents to integrate therapy strategies into classroom routines.
  • Maintain accurate EMR notes, progress reports, and billing logs in compliance with OT practice guidelines.
  • Educate teachers and caregivers through workshops and resource materials to foster carry-over of therapeutic techniques.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid registration with All India Occupational Therapists Association (AIOTA) or state council.
  • Strong knowledge of sensory integration, motor learning, and IEP frameworks.
  • Ability to work onsite three mornings per week at Wadala, Mumbai.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
Preferred
  • Experience with assistive technology and adaptive equipment.
  • Certification in handwriting programs such as Handwriting Without Tears.
  • Workshop facilitation or teacher training exposure.
