Legal Counsel

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to support a fast-paced iGaming business with international operations across multiple jurisdictions. This role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, with an emphasis on regulatory compliance, technology, and risk management in a highly regulated industry.

Full-time remote or hybrid in Warsaw.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial and technology agreements, including platform supply, content licensing, white-label arrangements, payment processing, data partnerships, and third-party integrations
• Structure and manage service level agreements (SLAs) and commercial terms linked to partner and supplier performance
• Provide strategic legal support to commercial and product teams, balancing regulatory obligations with business needs
• Assist in ensuring contractual compliance in high-risk, international environments
• Collaborate with internal teams to align contractual positions with the company’s operational and legal risk framework

Requirements:

• Languages proficiency: Native/fluent Ukrainian, B2-C1 English (written and verbal, legal vocabulary) 
• Previous experience in high-risk sector, preferably iGaming / gambling
• Solid understanding of commercial law, international contracts, and risk allocation principles
• Experience or quick adaptability in interpreting gambling licensing frameworks, advertising standards, and responsible gambling obligations
• Expertise in data privacy and cybersecurity laws relevant to online consumer services
