Job description

This is a remote position.

A global B2B SaaS leader is seeking a skilled and strategic full-time Remote Client Communications Manager to strengthen client communications and support the success of international B2B technology clients. You will have 2 - 5 years of experience in client relations, customer success, or communications roles.The organisation delivers innovative sales solutions focused on revenue growth, market expansion, and sustainable performance.

This role suits a client communications professional with strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal ability, and a passion for delivering service excellence in a fast-paced, global environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for client communications via email and Slack.
  • Acknowledge and respond to client queries promptly and professionally.
  • Support client onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and positive start to engagements.
  • Schedule, participate in, and lead regular meetings with clients to discuss projects, updates, and any concerns.
  • Draft clear and concise recap emails after client meetings, summarizing key points, decisions, and action items.
  • Coordinate between clients and internal departments, directing client requests to appropriate teams and following up for timely resolution.
  • Distribute personalized weekly reports to clients, maintaining transparency and ongoing communication
  • Review and analyze weekly reports for your region to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Share insights and feedback internally to inform team discussions and strategic decisions.
  • Manage a dedicated Docsend space for clients, ensuring organised and easy access to reports and documents
  • Support the Client Relations team by helping set priorities, sharing guidance, and promoting excellent client service.
  • Assist in overseeing the Reports team, ensuring accurate and timely client reporting.
  • Contribute to developing processes and improvements to enhance communication efficiency and client experience.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.


Requirements
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in client relations, customer success, or communications roles.
  • Background in managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with communication tools (e.g., Slack, email), CRM systems, and document management platforms like Docsend.
  • Experience in B2B environments, particularly in technology or professional services, is a plus.

Salary:

R25 000 - R35 000 depending on experience
