Job Summary
This People Lead will report to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for managing the company's human capital. The People Lead will be responsible for the Human Resources department and lead the team towards fulfilling the company’s HR needs such as recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, staff alignment and employee records management. They will also need to give insightful solutions towards fulfilling the company's Human Resource needs and guide managers and supervisors in interpreting the company’s policies and the country’s labour laws.
Daily Responsibilities:
Manage employee relations, address concerns, and conflicts, and promote a positive work culture.
Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Foster a positive work environment through initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Process new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, leave of absence and existing ones.
Assist in the management of onboarding plans.
Partner with management to address day-to-day HR operational issues such as employee relations, compensation reviews, escalated benefits issues, performance management, and training
Act as an employee champion and change agent by anticipating HR-related needs and delivering value-added services for the benefit of the employees
Supervise and lead the HR team in creating an inviting and cohesive employee experience

Weekly Responsibilities:
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive organizational culture.
Advise and assist managers and supervisors in the interpretation and administration of human resource policy.
Guide employee development and career progression.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align people-related strategies and plans with business objectives.
Lead the performance management and employee evaluation and follow-through on activities related to performance management.
Ensure that the organization's values are reflected in people-oriented decisions
Drive the change management of the organization.
Any other duties which may be assigned.
Monthly Responsibilities
Implement policies and procedures to ensure fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
Work with C-Suite to identify staffing needs and ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Plan and execute employee recognition programs.
Utilize HR data and analytics to make informed decisions and identify trends.
Adhere to laws and regulations as per the local Ministry of Labour & Social Security and global hr trends.
Investigate claims of misconduct and escalate to the legal and security team as required
Develop and manage annual budgets for the department and perform periodic cost and productivity analyses
Develop talent and capability across the business using various methods such as training and workshops
Create and maintain comprehensive talent retention plans for the organization
Design appropriate employee recognition and incentive programs
Design and manage the organization's health and well-being programs
Qualifications
Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Eight (8) years working in a Human Resource role.
Five (5) years of managerial experience.
