What will you be doing?


As a Solution Advisor, you’ll become a trusted advisor to our prospective clients and a strategic partner to our sales team. Your job? Understand challenges. Show value. Build trust.

 

You will:

·      Deliver engaging demos of our compensation platform (don’t worry, we’ll train you!)

·      Dive deep into potential customers’ compensation and performance needs

·      Translate complex client requirements into compelling solutions

·      Prepare RFPs, security documentation, and proof-of-concepts that win deals

·      Interact with everyone from HR analysts to global Heads of Reward

·      Be part of a global pre-sales team shaping the future of fair pay


What you bring:

·      Fluent German & English – you’ll be communicating with German-speaking clients daily

·      Excellent presentation and storytelling skills (you make the complex simple)

·      Strong writing and communication skills – from slides to proposals

·      Curious mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to own your projects

·      Team spirit and flexibility – we’re growing fast and love self-starters

 

Bonus points (not required):

·      Background in HR Tech, especially compensation, sales incentives, or performance management

·      Experience in pre-sales, value consulting, or solution advisory roles

·      Interest in pay equity, transparency, or shaping the future of work
