Job description

Position Overview: The Vice President of Enterprise Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the enterprise sales strategy to expand our beverage offerings within the restaurant industry. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in restaurant operations or marketing, who can leverage their industry expertise to build relationships, drive sales, and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy to target and secure partnerships with major restaurant chains and foodservice providers.
  2. Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the restaurant industry, focusing on expanding market share and increasing product penetration.
  3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the restaurant sector. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive mutual growth.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the enterprise sales team, fostering a high-performance culture. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members achieve their sales goals.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and product development teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  6. Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and drive continuous improvement. Provide regular reports to senior management on sales activities and results.
  7. Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with company goals.
  8. Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Use this knowledge to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  9. Customer Success: Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional service and support. Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  10. Budget Management: Develop and manage the enterprise sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • 3+ of experience in leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in the restaurant industry.
  • Previous experience in restaurant operations or marketing is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the restaurant industry's dynamics, including key players, trends, and challenges.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and relationship management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
