This is a remote position.


We are seeking a skilled and creative Remote Video Editor to join our dynamic content team and play a pivotal role in crafting engaging and high-quality video content. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects that shape the way we connect with our audience in the real estate media industry. Core Tasks:
  • Edit video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
  • Understand and implement hooks, frameworks, and trends used by top consultancies and coaching offers
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop and execute creative concepts
  • Lead and manage junior editors, providing guidance and feedback
  • Ensure all video content aligns with our brand’s voice and vision
  • Optimize video content for engagement and performance on social media
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing and digital marketing
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Interface with podcast recording tools like riverside.fm
  • Communicate with the team on Slack
  • Manage projects inside Monday.com.


Requirements
Must-Haves:
  • Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio
  • Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro preferred, Final Cut Pro, After Effects)
  • Experience with AI editing tools (e.g., Descript, Opus)
  • Experience with motion graphics and animations
  • Proficiency in using CapCut editor is a plus
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and social media strategies
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in leading a team and providing constructive feedback
  • Knowledge of the coaching/consulting and real estate media industry is a plus but not required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in creating trendy and advanced short-form content
  • Experience creating viral videos
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience in creating content for top consultancies and coaching offers
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and implement business concepts in video content
  • Background in digital marketing and social media management



Salary:

$700 - 1,000
