We’re looking for a Data Scientist to join our team and play a key role in shaping the success of our games. In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with product, creative, marketing, and analytics teams to build models, design experiments, and turn data into insights that drive business impact and reach millions of players worldwide.


Responsibilities

  • Define data science goals that drive business impact and align with key company KPIs
  • Develop and optimize LTV models to support product and monetization decisions
  • Lead the design and implementation of robust A/B testing frameworks
  • Deliver actionable insights through advanced statistical modeling and data analysis
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Content teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Translate complex data into clear recommendations that influence product roadmaps and strategy

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role
  • Strong background in statistics and mathematics
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining LTV models
  • Deep expertise in A/B testing methodologies and experiment design
  • Proven experience in the gaming industry – a must
  • Advanced SQL and Python skills – required
  • Familiarity with large-scale data environments and cloud-based technologies – an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional initiatives
