Job description

BPC is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop compelling visual assets that align with our clients’ brands and campaign goals. This individual will play a critical role in shaping how our firm and our clients are visually represented across print, digital, and social platforms.

The ideal candidate is a versatile designer with a passion for social impact, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects on deadline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visual assets including pitch decks, campaign collateral, event signage, social media graphics, and reports
  • Translate abstract ideas into impactful visual presentations that support client fundraising and communication strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Campaign Managers, Communications Consultants, and Executives, to align visuals with brand tone and messaging
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all materials (internal and client-facing)
  • Prepare assets for both digital and print use, ensuring high-quality output
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming and visual storytelling for proposals and strategic initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the nonprofit, philanthropic, or social impact sector
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Canva and PowerPoint
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work (print, digital, presentation design)
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to receive and incorporate feedback constructively
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience designing for fundraising campaigns or advocacy efforts
  • Familiarity with web design or UX/UI principles (a plus)
  • Video editing or animation experience (optional but appreciated)
