Have a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, AI, or Data Science, with experience working in Data Architecture, AI Ops, and MLOps? If so, we want to speak with you!


We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Manager, AI Enablement to join our team in Richmond, VA, or we are open to remote work arrangements. Must be willing to travel as needed, approximately 40-50%


A successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Strategy, Data Architecture, and Data Governance, to enhance data management practices and architecture by using the latest AI techniques and best practices. This position offers the opportunity to drive transformative change and shape the future of AI within the organization.


What you'll be doing:

  • Vision and Strategy: Define and execute the vision for enterprise data readiness to support AI and GenAI initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Data Management Practices: Formalize and enhance data management practices, including metadata management, data observability, and DataOps, to support ongoing AI data readiness assessments.
  • Advanced Techniques: Evaluate and integrate advanced techniques such as synthetic data generation, knowledge graphs, data labeling, and agentic ontology creation to enable rapid prototyping of AI concepts.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to gather "data readiness" requirements for prioritized AI use cases.
  • Roadmap Development: Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to create a roadmap for enterprise data readiness, incorporating innovative technologies like knowledge graphs and synthetic data.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Data Governance and Data Architecture teams to ensure alignment with the organization's overall data management and governance infrastructure.
  • Leadership: Provide effective people management, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth within the team.


We want you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, AI, Data Science, or a related field, with 8+ years’ experience working in data-related roles.
  • 3+ years’ experience in Data Architecture, AI Ops, and MLOps.
  • Expertise in Azure Data Technologies, including the Azure tech stack, and experience with Databricks or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in Knowledge Graph tools (e.g., Neo4j), Graph and Network Analytics, Vector Search, and AI Optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and advanced AI/ML solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams and partners.


The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $128,700.00 - $196,200.00.
