The Role

The Senior Product Manager, reporting directly to the C-suite, will lead the product journey from ideation through to market launch, ensuring every phase aligns with company goals and addresses the needs of digital creators. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with experience in bringing consumer-facing platforms from concept to market and with a deep understanding of smart contract functionality for scalability and security.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a product strategy that aligns with company goals and adapts to market needs.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, focusing on creating user-centric, high-quality solutions.
  • Gather and incorporate user and partner feedback to drive continuous product improvements.
  • Manage the product roadmap, meeting timelines, quality benchmarks, and strategic outcomes.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and developer relations teams to ensure seamless development and user experience.
  • Define clear, actionable steps for cross-functional teams, supporting project management effectiveness.
  • Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators to drive improvements and achieve engagement goals.
  • Lead the design and integration of smart contracts, ensuring the platform’s efficiency, scalability, and security.


Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching consumer applications.
  • Expertise in smart contract architecture and design, particularly within blockchain and crypto environments.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Experience in fast-paced startup environments, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving agility and adaptability to deliver top-quality results in a dynamic landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex ideas to diverse stakeholders across the organization.
  • Ideally located in the Bay Area, with the ability to work in person three days a week.
