The Program Director will be responsible for the overall delivery of the EIS Suite implementation for our customer(s). In this role, the Program Director will be responsible for all facets of the implementation including but not limited to client relationship, partner relationship, contractual, financial management and overall delivery of EIS Services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer relationships as it relates to the overall delivery of EIS services in conjunction with the implementation of the EIS Suite.
Manage the EIS delivery of implementation services, ensuring that these services are delivered with high quality and in alignment with the budgeted effort and monies.
Collaborate w the System Integration (SI) Partner to ensure that as the partner provides SErvices to implement the EIS Suite software solution, it conforms to EIS standards and leverages the software capabilities appropriately.
Counsel both the customer and the SI partner on overall delivery best practices to ensure that the EIS Suite and its surrounding ecosystem meet the functional and non-functional needs of the customer and, if applicable, the EIS SaaS organization.
Handle contractual management activities, including but not limited to collaborating with the EIS Client Partner on the development of Statements of Work (SOWs).
Manage financials with the customer (billings, collections, summary reporting, etc) and internal profit and loss for billable and non-billable costs.
Provide direction to the project team and the customer, leveraging business acumen in the benefits space to drive effective solutions that can be delivered efficiently.
Exhibit highly professional, client-focused behavior, which supports EIS’s ability to build lasting, productive client relationships.
Work with EIS Product, Technology and Operations (PTO)resources to identify solutions to client requirements using existing EIS configuration mechanisms.
Identify opportunities to expand EIS software relationship with our customers; this may include new EIS products/components, or expanding to a broader footprint in the customer’s organization.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Minimum 8 years experience Project or Program Management leading complex enterprise implementations.
Previous experience leading large insuretech programs is a must. Candidates must have previous insurance domain experience leading multimillion dollar programs.
Experience managing the onshore/offshore model effectively.
Ability to understand complex business processes.
Consultative and facilitation skills.
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
Fluent French language skills, both written and oral
Travel approximately < 25%, domestically and/or internationally.
