Recruiter4You is currently hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing iGaming group managing a range of successful platforms across the globe. We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to support their continued international expansion, with a focus on recruiting and managing high-performing affiliate partnerships across both established and emerging markets.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic environment where your input directly impacts global growth and acquisition.

As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for expanding the affiliate network, managing day-to-day partner activities, and optimizing performance with a data-led, ROI-focused approach. You will act as the key point of contact for affiliate partners, collaborating across departments to ensure successful campaigns and seamless communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively recruit and onboard new affiliates through multiple acquisition channels
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliate partners
  • Manage international affiliate activities, focusing on high-performance and profitable growth
  • Monitor and evaluate affiliate performance, providing tailored optimizations and incentives based on data
  • Ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and reporting of all affiliate traffic
  • Handle affiliate inquiries and disputes, coordinating with Risk, Payments, and Legal when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, etc.) to develop targeted campaigns and offers
  • Deliver weekly performance and activity reports to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure program competitiveness
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate management within the iGaming industry
  • Strong understanding of affiliate performance models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) and tracking platforms
  • Existing network of media agencies, performance marketers, and affiliate partners
  • Experience working with the EMEA region, especially in France, Netherlands, Sweden, Italy, and Germany
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing contracts and commission structures
  • Confident in analyzing ROI, optimizing budgets, and delivering reports to stakeholders
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Flexible to occasionally work weekends based on business needs
