Ingénieur réseau / Network Engineer

This Network Engineer contract role is an ongoing project where you could be required to do adhoc freelance work for a day, week or month depending on needs. Ideally this role is for a freelancer or someone who has the ability to work sporadically.

Responsibilities

Perform network troubleshooting and installing upgrades.
Provide on-site technical support and collaborate with client site contacts, tech support services & 3rd parties as required.
Provide support progress updates to managers as and when needed.
Install/swap out network equipment including switches and routers.
Monitor and maintain client systems to ensure peak performance and stability.
Provide support progress updates to managers as and when needed.
Can handle low complexity installs, moves, repairs, uninstalls, site survey, triage, vendor escort, rack and stack equipment.
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues quickly and maintain service continuity.
