This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Sarasota, FL

About the Role
We're looking for a proactive, data-driven Amazon SEO Expert & PPC Manager who thrives
on improving rankings, optimizing ads, and driving measurable sales growth. You'll play a critical
role in managing advertising campaigns, executing SEO strategies, and helping our client
capture market share on Amazon.
What You'll Do
● Develop and execute Amazon SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and keyword
rankings
● Build, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored
Brands, Sponsored Display)
● Conduct regular keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth
opportunities
● Monitor KPIs such as TACoS, ACOS, CTR, and conversion rates, adjusting strategies
accordingly
● Implement and manage automation rules in Helium10 Adtomic
● Launch new products with structured advertising and SEO plans
● Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies with client budgets and goals
● Own key deliverables known as "Rocks"- your personal, measurable quarterly objectives
Measurable You'll Be Evaluated On

● Total sales growth per account within 90 days of onboarding
● Average ACOS performance compared to client-approved targets
● Improvement in keyword rankings for priority terms
● % of SKUs achieving positive organic sales lift
● Monthly TACoS improvement across managed accounts
● % of campaigns built within 5 days of client approval
● On-time setup and optimization of Helium10 Adtomic automation
● Weekly optimization cycles completed without exception
● Accuracy and timeliness of weekly scorecard submissions
● Time to resolve performance drops or account issues
● Quarterly Rocks Completion—$200 bonus per Rock!

Rock Bonus Program

Requirements
What We're Looking For
● 3+ years managing Amazon PPC campaigns and SEO optimizations
● Hands-on experience with Helium10 (Adtomic, Keyword Tracker) and Amazon Brand
Analytics
● Proven track record of improving ACOS, TACoS, and organic rankings
● Strong analytical skills—you can turn data into actionable strategies
● Excellent English communication skills—both written and spoken
● Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment
