Director of Product Management

Position Description

As the Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for developing and executing  the product vision and strategy for our SaaS offerings in collaboration with the leadership team. This role requires a blend of strong business acumen, customer empathy, and a solid technical understanding of the product, that will allow you to lead and grow a team of product managers, while working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive Strategic Delivery: Transform the product vision and roadmap into clear plans and high-impact releases that deliver compelling product experiences.

  • Lead & Inspire: Manage, mentor, and grow a team of product managers with a culture of excellence

  • Own Execution: Oversee the full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch to iteration–ensuring timely, effective delivery

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and client success teams to drive alignment

  • Champion the Client: Engage directly with clients and end users to uncover needs and pain points, and ensure those insights shape product priorities and delivery

  • Deliver Impact: Ensure quarterly product releases are planned, executed, and communicated effectively and efficiently

What You Bring
  • 8–12+ years in SaaS product management, including 3–5+ years leading product teams

  • Proven success delivering innovative, high-impact software products at scale

  • Deep knowledge of agile, SaaS metrics, user experience, and market positioning

  • Experience with QUARTZ product frameworks is a plus

  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and strategic thinking

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
