Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand performance objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct trend analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Support the development and implementation of performance improvement initiatives.
Contribute to the refinement of performance measurement frameworks and methodologies.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to performance analysis.

Requirements:

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, statistical software (e.g., R, Python), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
