Group Sales Manager

SkyLand Ranch is seeking an experienced and driven Group Sales Manager to grow and manage group sales for both of our parks. This role will focus on driving revenue through group bookings, including: schools, churches, corporate outings, tour operators, and other group segments. The ideal candidate is relationship-focused, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience while meeting sales targets.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to increase group sales revenue across all group segments.
• Proactively solicit new group business through outbound sales calls, networking, site visits, emails, and attending trade shows or local events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing group clients to encourage repeat business.
• Respond to all group sales inquiries promptly and professionally, creating tailored proposals and contracts
• Coordinate with operations and guest services teams to ensure seamless group experiences from arrival to departure.
• Prepare group sales forecasts and reports, tracking performance against goals.
• Create and implement group sales promotions and packages to drive demand
• Coordinate with marketing to ensure all group sales promotions are effectively communicated to potential clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SkyLand Ranch and Rowdy Bear attractions, offerings, and special events to effectively sell the parks.
• Represent SkyLand Ranch and Rowdy Bear positively within the local community and tourism industry.
• Meet or exceed established sales targets and KPIs.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall sales and marketing efforts. 

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience of group sales experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, efficient at multitasking
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and group events or trade shows.
• Passion for guest services and tourism industry
• Assist with on site park sales
