Job Scope and Accountabilities:

SAI360’s Risk & Compliance Division provides an extensive range of solutions and services in the areas of compliance, regulation, ethics, risk management and corporate governance. SAI360 consists of comprehensive software solutions that streamline the Governance, Risk, and Compliance process for midsize to large organizations.

 

  • As the Presales Consultant, you will be responsible for working with prospective customers to more fully understand their business requirements and identify how these can be met SAI360 software. You will prepare/conduct product presentations and demonstrations effectively representing the software capabilities and their relevance to the prospective client’s key objectives and you will answer RFPs from a functional point of view. In addition, you will feed back your observations from the market to SAI360’s product management and product marketing teams. 
  • You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and support simultaneous sales campaigns as well as assist in the transition of newly won business to colleagues in professional services and support. 
  • Thorough and accurate documentation of key business requirements and the ability to configure the software adequately to demonstrate its ability to meet these requirements are a critical, measured component of the job


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sales opportunities as a Subject Matter Expert 
  • Collaborate with sales team members on competitive sales strategies/tactics 
  • Assist sales team members in organizing and developing RFP/RFI responses 
  • Oversee creation/execution of specific demonstrations and proof of concepts  
  • Assist in sales training to heighten ales team knowledge of product capabilities  
  • Provide insights into competitors/sales tactics/techniques 
  • Advise Business Development Director on sales productivity or other matters impacting business unit performance 


Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required.
  • Proven track record (3-5 years) of demonstrably successful experience conducting customer needs analysis and product demonstrations (within a 6–12-month sales cycle) 
  • Experience selling into highly regulated industries is desirable  
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written 
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Office products and SalesForce.com 

 

Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required with the ability to work within all levels of an organization.

  • Ability to grasp and smoothly articulate the challenges involved in complying with key risk and regulatory requirements for target industries, establishing and implementing enterprise risk and compliance strategies, and how customers can more effectively manage compliance with changing laws and regulations. 
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support simultaneous sales campaigns is required; must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Full commitment to conduct business with the utmost integrity and in full compliance with the law is essential.   

 

As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, the base salary range for this position is $135,000 - $150,000 plus opportunities for bonuses or commission. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
