Job description

Work you will do : The CRM Project Manager for DTE Commercial is a role within the Project Management and Strategic Operations team reporting directly to the Senior Director, Commercial Portfolio Manage. The CRM Project Manager will have execution delivery responsibilities for the Pain Program CRM Project with an expected implementation timeline of 12 months. The Project Manager will be charged with hands-on management of all PMO activities and ensuring accurate status reporting across all workstreams and driving the project outcomes. They will be an extended member of the PMO office of the program. They will work closely with the implementation delivery partner and software vendor and DTE and Business colleagues to ensure successful project delivery.
The Project Manager is required to have relevant PMO-related experience specifically in the Life Science domain. This experience will be critical in understanding both the process challenges and the technology being implemented, which will help the Project Manager facilitate successful delivery outcomes. In addition, it is expected that the Project Manager has experience managing and deploying CRM systems.

What you will do : The Project Manager will work closely with the DTE leaders, all relevant business stakeholders, the delivery team, and the program management office. The Project Manager will ensure that the project is in alignment with other inter-dependent projects, programs, and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities :
The Project Manager will be responsible for hands-on execution of the project. This includes responsibility for:
  • Project and Workstream Governance
  • Scope Management
  • Schedule Management
  • Resource Management
  • Risk and Issue Management (including cross-functional impact assessment/mitigation)
  • Dependency Management (both within the project and externally)
The Project Manager should expect to be heavily involved in presenting and monitoring status, anticipating challenges, unblocking issues, managing dependencies, and providing business sponsor and stakeholder transparency for the project through accurate and timely management reporting. The Project Manager may also be responsible for collaboration with project managers from external consulting teams to ensure successful joint outcomes and accurate management reporting.

Must Haves
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Management
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing large-scale, complex projects
  • Candidate must be a leader, proactive, and go getter
  • Experience working in Life Sciences
  • Experience in managing large scale cross-functional projects
  • Experience in CRM systems, Veeva
  • Experience working in Agile methodology
  • PMP or Prince2 certification
Nice to Have:

•Understanding of the principles of finance and cost-benefit analysis (e.g., capital expenses, operating expenses, amortized and expensed costs, accruals, actual and forecasted spend, etc.)
