Responsibilities

Business Goal Breakdown: Decompose overall business goals into OKR targets and implementation paths for the operations team in terms of asset listing, user acquisition, and retention. Organize team members for division and execution of tasks
Spot Asset Operations: Take responsibility for optimizing the current operation process and collaboration methods for spot currency assets. Identify demand pain points in collaboration with product managers to improve processes & tools and enhance efficiency
Activity Operations Management: Insight into spot business needs and market trends, aiming to increase platform user growth and activity, formulate operational strategies for activities. Explore different activity modes and ensure their successful implementation and results
Marketing Promotion Accountability: Build effective marketing capabilities on overseas social platforms, engage in hotspot marketing promotions based on business needs, and generate perceptible volume and popularity
User Operations Management: Develop automated user lifecycle and VIP systems to improve user operation efficiency and effectiveness, enhancing user retention and satisfaction
Team Member Guidance: Allocate, review, guide, and train operation specialists within the team, enhancing the team’s capability level

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher with over 5 years of relevant work experience in the internet/tech finance sectors
Result-oriented, with strong logical thinking, data analysis, and communication skills
High-stress tolerance, capable of managing and pushing forward multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with overseas activity operations and financial industry rules, with a keen ability to detect global hotspots and develop corresponding activity plans or thematic concepts
Bilingual in English and Chinese will be highly advantageous
