Job description

FitSmart is a direct-to-consumer company actively creating and distributing their own Nutra products across the EU, with a strong daily sales volume driven by affiliate marketing. We are now building our own internal media buying team to gain more control over performance, reduce CPA, and scale predictably.

What You’ll Do:
You will be the first in-house media buyer and take full ownership of launching and scaling Facebook ad campaigns across company's Nutra portfolio. This includes both whitehat and grey/black hat funnels. You’ll work closely with leadership and have access to performance data, creative assets, and cloaking infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch and manage direct-response campaigns on Facebook (primarily) and potentially other sources
  • Utilize cloaking tools, farmed accounts, and custom funnels to ensure compliance and performance
  • Test creatives, offers, and landing pages to optimize ROI
  • Build and scale profitable campaigns for Nutra products across Tier 1 GEOs (UK, DE, FR, etc.)
  • Collaborate with design and tech teams for creative and tracking implementation
  • Analyze performance data, adjust strategies, and report on KPIs
  • Establish processes for future team scaling, potentially training and managing junior buyers

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Facebook media buying for Nutra or similar verticals
  • Hands-on experience with cloaking, multi-account setups, and gray/black hat tactics
  • Deep understanding of ad compliance, pixel/funnel strategy, and offer positioning
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Ads Manager, Google Sheets, and trackers
  • English proficiency: B1+ spoken, B2+ written
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
