Project Manager

We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented Project Manager to join our partner's team.

In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to a portfolio of 10+ enterprise and mid-market accounts. Positioned between delivery, consulting, and product strategy, you will be responsible for driving successful outcomes by understanding client needs, solving challenges, and coordinating cross-functional teams, including Customer Success and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and solution consultant
• Lead client meetings, proactively identify challenges, and design actionable solutions
• Collaborate with technical consultants, CSMs, and sales representatives to align on client goals and project timelines
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests, managing priorities and expectations
• Coordinate and track implementation efforts, ensuring high-quality delivery of consulting and technology solutions
• Contribute to internal best practices and client success strategies based on real-world feedback
• Guide internal stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery standards across projects

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in project management, client success, or solution consulting – preferably in SaaS, IT consulting, or digital product environments
• Strong background in client-facing roles with proven problem-solving ability
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to take initiative, work autonomously, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English and Turkish
