Sales Operations Analyst

Our client, a global leader in the supply of localisation solutions, is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst who will play in pivotal role in enhancing our sales performance. In this role, you will analyse data, optimise processes, and provide strategic insights to ensure that the sales team operates efficiently and effectively. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring their sales team achieves its targets and contributes to the overall growth of the organisation.


Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis: evaluate sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Forecasting: develop models to predict future sales and support strategic planning
  • Process Optimisation: design and implement effective sales processes and tools
  • Strategic Insights: provide recommendations to enhance sales productivity
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with business goals
  • Support Sales Training: assist in developing training programs and materials
  • Monitor KPIs: track and report on key performance indicators to assess team performance
  • Manage Compensation Plans: help oversee sales compensation and incentive programs
  • Sales Systems: Responsibility for Salesforce Administration


Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience: 5+ years in sales operations, analytics, or a similar role and experience with sales forecasting and performance management tools
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, CRM systems)
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-orientated environment
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
