What We Are Looking For

Digital Joy is looking for an entrepreneurial, highly motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our growing team as a Project Manager. As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams in delivering media technology solutions that drive value for our clients. You will oversee project lifecycles from concept to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

What You Will Be Working On

Our Project Manager will oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to Media Tech solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client and organizational goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and proactively mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Manage resource allocation and prioritize tasks to maintain project momentum.
  • Drive quality control, ensuring that deliverables meet high technical and creative standards.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within project teams.
  • Stay informed of media technology trends to anticipate client needs and propose innovative solutions.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum and Waterfall)
  • Proficiency with project management tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Knowledge and experience using SharePoint and Teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Understanding of the Media Tech industry and emerging technologies, a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience as a project manager.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams, work collaboratively, and build strong relationships.
  • A self-motivated learner who is constantly seeking out new technologies and ways of working.
