Job description

Role: ⁠⁠Application Developer
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: 6 Months+
Work Hours: India Standard Time (IST)
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: 100% Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere in India)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Application Developer with strong hands-on experience in Shell Scripting, Python, and Perl. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing automation scripts, building scalable tools, and working with cross-functional teams to support system integration, data processing, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities:

Develop, enhance, and maintain shell scripts to automate system and application processes.
Design and implement backend services and tools using Python and Perl.
Troubleshoot and resolve scripting and application issues in Linux/Unix environments.
Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and system engineers to deploy and monitor applications.
Optimize existing scripts and workflows to improve performance and maintainability.
Maintain clear documentation of code, processes, and configurations.

Programming & Scripting Expertise
- 8+ years of experience in application development or scripting roles.
