Job Title: Freelance Trainer – Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) Database Administration

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced trainer to deliver hands-on sessions on Microsoft SQL Server Database Administration. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in database architecture, performance tuning, backup strategies, and security best practices, with the ability to guide learners through real-world administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured training on MSSQL installation, configuration, and maintenance
  

• Guide learners through backup & restore, recovery models, and disaster recovery planning
  

• Demonstrate user and role management, permissions, and SQL Server Agent
  

• Provide hands-on labs for indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning
  

• Explain monitoring, troubleshooting, and log management techniques
  

• Support learners with post-training Q&A and lab troubleshooting
  

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (2016 and above)
  

• Experience with T-SQL, SSMS, and SQL Server Agent
  

• Knowledge of backup strategies, recovery models, and transaction log management
  

• Familiarity with indexing, query plans, and performance tuning
  

• Understanding of security models, roles, and auditing
  

• Strong communication and instructional delivery skills
