This is a remote position.

Drafter

Join an innovative construction and renovation company as we launch our custom closet design business. Play a pivotal role in shaping our client experience and design process, with opportunities for training and professional growth.

What You'll Do:
  • Create detailed and functional drafts for custom closets based on client consultations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, discussing design revisions, gathering feedback, and finalizing drafts.
  • Oversee the seamless transition of approved designs into production, ensuring all client specifications are met.
  • Collaborate with the team to establish and refine efficient processes for drafting, communication, and production.
Who You'll Work With:

Be part of a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to innovation in design and construction. You’ll work closely with both clients and our production team, playing a central role in delivering tailored closet solutions.

  • Design Experience: Background in design, particularly in spatial organization (e.g., kitchens, closets, or similar fields).
  • Creative Thinker: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions for client needs while adhering to design principles.
  • Effective Communicator: Excellent written and verbal English skills to maintain clear and professional communication.
  • Patient and Adaptable: Comfortable refining designs with indecisive clients and working iteratively.
  • Independent Worker: Ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Training-Friendly: While design experience is required, comprehensive training will be provided for all other aspects of the role.
