This is a remote position.

Overview: PMO Strategies is seeking talented Project Managers to join our team of IMPACT Drivers. Our mission is to transform how organizations approach strategy execution, ensuring they deliver value faster and more effectively. As a Project Manager at PMO Strategies, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through complex projects that align with their strategic objectives, using our proprietary IMPACT Engine System™.

We are looking for highly skilled, results-driven Project Managers who excel at managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all deliverables align with our clients' strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Manage and lead projects across various industries, ensuring alignment with client strategies and the successful delivery of project objectives.
  • Strategic Execution: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their strategic goals and ensure that every project milestone contributes to closing the strategy-to-execution gap.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to ensure clear communication, alignment, and buy-in throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues early, developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Process Management: Implement and refine project management processes, methodologies, and tools that drive efficiency and ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project progress, ensuring transparency and accountability in meeting project goals and timelines.
  • Change Management: Support change management efforts by helping clients navigate the impacts of project outcomes and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in project execution, contributing to the continuous refinement of our IMPACT Engine System™ and client delivery processes.



Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects that align with strategic business goals.
  • Consulting Expertise: Experience working in a client-facing environment, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to diverse project needs.
  • Methodology Mastery: Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches, with the flexibility to tailor methods based on project requirements.
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Tool Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Certifications: PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are strongly preferred.
