Overview: PMO Strategies is seeking talented Project Managers to join our team of IMPACT Drivers. As a Project Manager at PMO Strategies, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through complex projects that align with their strategic objectives, using our proprietary IMPACT Engine System™.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Manage and lead projects across various industries, ensuring alignment with client strategies and the successful delivery of project objectives.
Strategic Execution: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their strategic goals and ensure that every project milestone contributes to closing the strategy-to-execution gap.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to ensure clear communication, alignment, and buy-in throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues early, developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and aligned with strategic objectives.
Process Management: Implement and refine project management processes, methodologies, and tools that drive efficiency and ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project progress, ensuring transparency and accountability in meeting project goals and timelines.
Change Management: Support change management efforts by helping clients navigate the impacts of project outcomes and ensuring smooth transitions.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in project execution, contributing to the continuous refinement of our IMPACT Engine System™ and client delivery processes.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects that align with strategic business goals.
Consulting Expertise: Experience working in a client-facing environment, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to diverse project needs.
Methodology Mastery: Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches, with the flexibility to tailor methods based on project requirements.
Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Tool Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
Certifications: PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are strongly preferred.
