Talent Acquisition Lead (Hunting) at BairesDev

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead (Hunting) to help us develop and execute strategies for sourcing and engaging world-class professionals for our team.

In this role, you’ll lead a team of talent hunters focused on identifying and approaching top candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms. You’ll partner with hiring teams to understand role requirements, define sourcing strategies, and drive initiatives that keep our talent pipeline strong and our projects fully staffed. It’s a hands-on, strategic role that’s essential to our growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Analysts, setting priorities and guiding their daily efforts.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand project needs, skills requirements, and candidate profiles.
  • Define and implement hunting strategies to proactively identify top candidates through LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Classify candidates based on screening results and interviews, ensuring alignment with hiring teams.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Recruiting, with a focus on talent sourcing and hunting.
  • 1+ years of experience leading or managing recruitment or sourcing teams.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Deep understanding of headhunting within the IT industry.
  • Advanced English Level.
