Job description

Express Employment is seeking a motivated and reliable Part Time Forklift/General Labor associate to join a team in Bowling Green, Ohio. In this role, you will assist in both forklift operation and general labor tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of our warehouse and fulfillment processes. This position works Monday to Wednesday 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities

Safely operate forklifts to move, stack, and load materials and products
Perform general labor tasks including sorting, packing, and organizing materials
Assist with inventory management by conducting regular counts and maintaining accurate records
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience operating forklifts preferred but not required; training will be provided
Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing work conditions
Valid driver's license may be required
