Veeva CRM Project Manager

📍 Fully Remote – Central & Eastern Europe (e.g. Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary)
💼 Full-Time | 💰 €3,500–6,000/month B2B or employment contract

Our client, a dynamic and growing international pharmaceutical company, is seeking an experienced Veeva CRM Project Manager to support and enhance its enterprise Veeva ecosystem. This is a high-impact role that combines project ownership, technical implementation, and stakeholder collaboration in a regulated, fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

As a Veeva CRM Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects across Commercial, Medical, and Compliance functions. You’ll be responsible for translating business needs into scalable Veeva solutions, overseeing full project lifecycles (including planning, configuration, testing, and rollout), and ensuring successful user adoption.

This position requires both deep technical knowledge of Veeva CRM and strong project management skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Veeva CRM implementation and enhancement projects: timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications
Configure and implement scalable, best-practice Veeva CRM solutions
Gather and analyze user requirements across Commercial, Medical, and Compliance teams
Conduct testing and validation of system changes
Develop and maintain documentation (configuration guides, user manuals)
Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot system issues
Stay up to date on Veeva product updates and recommend relevant improvements

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience implementing and managing Veeva CRM systems
Strong knowledge of Veeva CRM configurations, reports, dashboards, and custom objects
Experience with Veeva Vault and Veeva Event Management is an advantage
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects end-to-end
Strong analytical and communication skills
Veeva certifications (CRM, Administrator, Vault) are a strong plus
Fluent English
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment
