Job Overview:

      Are you a detail-oriented and experienced HR professional with a knack for executive support? We are seeking a Senior HR & Executive Assistant to support our leadership team while managing key HR functions. This role requires someone with experience in HR administration, payroll processing (preferably using Paylocity), and executive assistance. Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Administration: Support HR functions, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, compliance tracking, and maintaining HR records.
  • Payroll Processing: Manage payroll operations using Paylocity, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, deductions, and benefits.
  • Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing their schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication Coordination: Serve as a key point of contact for employees, vendors, and external partners, ensuring smooth communication and timely responses.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare HR reports, employee communications, contracts, presentations, and other HR-related documents as needed.
  • Meeting & Event Coordination: Schedule and prepare for internal meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Confidentiality Maintenance: Handle sensitive employee and executive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in optimizing HR processes and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency within the organization.
Who You Are:
  • Experienced in HR & Payroll: Minimum of 3-5 years in HR administration and payroll processing, preferably with Paylocity experience.
  • Highly Organized: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail in HR record-keeping, payroll processing, and executive support tasks.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of handling internal and external interactions professionally.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems.
  • Trustworthy & Confidential: Able to handle sensitive company and employee information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Adaptable & Proactive: Comfortable in a dynamic work environment, ready to anticipate needs and find solutions proactively.
  • Team Player: Collaborative and personable, able to work effectively with employees at all levels.
