● Proficiency in website management, including plugin management and basic troubleshooting.

● Expertise in using email marketing platforms for list segmentation, automation setup, and campaign creation, and strong copywriting skills for engaging subject lines and email body content.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, exceptional organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence and phone interactions, and proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

● Highly accurate and efficient data entry skills, knowledge of CRM platforms, keen attention to detail for data integrity and error identification, and ability to generate basic reports from the CRM system.

● Knowledge in using scheduling software, excellent verbal communication skills for confirming and coordinating appointments, and proactive in anticipating scheduling conflicts and finding solutions.
